  • Do you offer a trial before purchase?
    We do not provide trials of our plugins and themes. In general you can find screesnhots and even live demonstrations on the related download detail pages, which helps you to get a better idea of the software and its included functionality.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal, Credit Cards and Sofortbanking which will be processed via our secure payment providers. Payment details are encrypted and secure. No card details are stored on our server. Additionally we're offering pre-payments via bank transfer.
  • Do you offer support?
    Yes, we offer support for all customers with a valid license key. You can access our support center here. Support is provided via our Knowledge Base and documentations. Ff you can’t find a solution, please get in in touch with us via email.


  • How long does a licence last?

    Purchasing a license includes 1 year of updates and supports for free. After this period you might (voluntary, no subscription!) extend your license in order to receive updates and support for one more year. However, the plugin/theme will be usable even without having an active license.

  • Is it possible to upgrade an existing license?
    Of course you are allowed to upgrade a license at any time via your account page. The remaining amount can be paid by one of our offered payment methods.
